"Windows 11 Insider Preview" Build 22523 now available on Dev channel
On December 15th (local time), Microsoft released the "Windows 11 Insider Preview" Build 22523 to testers participating in the Dev channel of the "Windows Insider Program." If you have already installed it, you can upgrade it from the [Windows Update] section of the "Settings" app.
This build is the final release this year, but the changes are relatively minor. There's no noticeable new feature, but note that the ability to select snap groups by switching tasks with the [Alt] + [Tab] keys has been rolled out to all Dev users. A snap group is a window group laid out with the snap function that can be used by hovering the mouse over the maximize button of the window. It also appears when you hover over the task button and can be activated for each layout as well as the app, but this will also be available with the [Alt] + [Tab] keys.
It has not been confirmed by the editorial department, but it will be available soon.

In addition, an ISO image file is also prepared for this build. The ISO image file for Dev version of Windows 11 has been updated since Build 22499. The "Windows 11 on ARM" virtual machine has also been updated.
Dev channels are channels that can receive the latest builds from the active development branch (RS_PRERELEASE). It is suitable when you want to try new functions quickly, but it is not always stable enough, and sometimes important functions may not be available or problems that require workarounds may occur. There is sex. Please note that it is not recommended for users who cannot recover a PC that cannot be started by themselves, or for devices that are used daily for business or private use. We recommend using the Beta channel or Release Preview channel instead.
